My cookbook is out today!!

And we have three new tour dates!!!

Childhood and adult Betul are both in shock right now. My lifelong dream has come true--I am officially a cookbook author. This one is for all of you.

Four years ago, my video of chocolate babka went viral and my whole life changed. Even then, I could never have imagined that I would be here, with this gorgeous book and this huge online community full of better supporters than I could ever ask for. The past three years have been full of emotions. Excitement, stress, long sleepless nights, tears of anxiety and tears of joy. In each moment when it felt like too much, the love from my family, my team, and all of your words of encouragement kept me going.

This book is a part of me. It is the result of my years of experience and created with all of your questions in mind. I hope you can bring it home and it can bring a little piece of the same joy and support to your kitchen that you have shown me over the years.
