Thank you! They all look delicious! For the recipe of the blueberry and lemon cake, you put 3 cups of flour twice, is it a mistake or should I really put 6 cups of flour?

Hi Jacinthe! You're so right, it was included twice so I went ahead and updated that. I'm sorry for the confusion--I hope you loved it!

I made it with 3 cups of flour. I've never seen a cake recipe with 6 cups, and the video looked like 3. I used frozen blueberries and it turned out great, though with the extra moisture I had to bake it a lot longer. It has a coffee cake/ pound cake texture.

I was curious about this, too. The recipe on instagram only calls for 3c of flour. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C8PZ-uIOxAl/?igsh=MWo0ajE4c251c2tkdA==

There are 2 recipes for this cake - one has the flour repeated and one doesn’t . I made it with just the one serve of flour because of the other recipe. I used frozen blueberries that I think added more liquid that made the cake a bit stodgy possibly as a result if the extra liquid . Was still delicious but did t have that lovely crumb that butter cakes have .

Thank you for this recipe, I’ve made it today, just folded through my lemon and blueberries, my dough seems to now be very wet. I couldn’t really shape it into a ball properly, I’ve put it in the basket and will leave it in the fridge overnight to bake tomorrow 🤞🏼 is there something maybe I should have done differently.

You could always add a little more flour (just a sprinkle at a time!). Also, make the blueberries are completely dry if you wash them. I hope leaving it in the fridge overnight helped!
